“10 Minutes Closer to Freedom”

In this episode of Thoughts from Maharrey Head, I talk about dismantling the unconstitutional, overreaching federal bureaucratic behemoth.

The appointment of Betsy DeVos as Education Secretary created a firestorm of controversy. Many vehemently opposed the nomination, fearing DeVos will gut the Department of Education. Others cheered the pick for the same reason.

What do I think? I don’t think the Department of Education should even exist. Rep. Thomas Massie has the right idea.

Abolish it.

In this episode of Thoughts from Maharrey Head, I explain why I think the Department of Education (along with a lot of other federal agencies) should be shuttered from both a constitutional and practical standpoint.
