Despite all of the successes we’ve had at the Tenth Amendment Center over the last few years, whenever I talk about nullification, somebody wants to argue, “It will never work.” As these naysayers see it, the federal government is big enough and powerful enough to do whatever it pleases.
This simply isn’t true.
The feds depend on state and local assistance to do virtually everything they do.
